BTG is eligible to provide hydrostatic test for various size of cylinders in order helps to re-verify the safety standards and durability of a cylinder over a period of time. The test involves filling the cylinder with water and then pressurized the cylinder to the specified test pressure. therefore, the strength of the cylinder can be tested by measuring permanent deformation, expansion and shrinken strength of the cylinder.

Cylinder internal can be chemical washed and cleaned to remove unwanted pollutant, chemical and oil. After the cleaning process, the cylinder internal will be dried by continuously blowing with heated hot air for 1-2 hours.
