PT. Batam Teknologi Gas is an ISO 9001 certified industrial gases provider that was intially started in 1996 with the name PT. Batam Tata Indah Gas. In november 2004, a restructuring was initiated to improve product quality and service aiming at exceeding customer satisfaction. To highlight this new step, the company since then changed its name into Batam Teknologi Gas.
Strategically located in Tanjung Uncang where shipping and off-shore industries are concentrated, our products and services to support off-shore, shipbuilding and ship repair industry, steel fabrication and piping construction companies as well as workshops and other related businesses. The proximity of our operation base is to ensure timely delivery of goods at our customer’s doors and fast response to inquiry and requests. With our commitment and detail attention in supporting customer’s productivity and efficiency, we have won customer’s confidence as reliable and highly committed supplier.

OXYGEN REFILLING FACILITY, HYDROTEST SYSTEMS FACILITY AND RACKS MAINTENANCE & FABRICATION WORKSHOP
- OXYGEN REFILLING FACILITY
We built a brand new facility for filling oxygen gas with high pressure advanced technology system. We able to filling more than 2,000 cylinders in 8 working hours. - HYDROTEST SYSTEMS FACILITY
We built special workshop area for hydrotest systems facility which enable our team to do hydrotest till hundred cylinders and to do sequence of maintenance process for cylinders after testing process. - RACKS MAINTENANCE & FABRICATION WORKSHOP
We built special workshop area which enable us to proceed routine maintenance for all racks of cylinders and to fabricate racks at our site.
ACETYLENE PRODUCTION FACILITY
We built a special design production facility with high advanced technology and safety systems in producing acetylene gas. We able to produce more than five hundred cylinders in a day.
ARGON, CARBON DIOXIDE, MIXED GASES REFILLING FACILITY
- ARGON & MIXED GASES REFILLING FACILITY
We built a special design with high pressure advanced technology systems for filling argon and mixed gases. We able to fill argon till 99.999% purity and able to fill various mixed gases till more than 2 types of gases in one cylinder. Both facilities able to fill more than 500 cylinders in a day. - CARBON DIOXIDE REFILLING FACILITY
We built carbon dioxide refilling facility that could fill hundred of cylinders in a day.
UPGRADING ARGON REFILLING FACILITY
To fulfil market demand, we have upgraded argon facility that enable our team to filling higher purity to 99.9995%.
UPGRADING ARGON REFILLING FACILITY PRODUCTION CAPACITY
As the market share become larger, we decided to upgrade argon filling facility in filling capacity. The facility able to support our team to fill more than 1,000 cylinders in a day.
LABORATORIUM AND DRY ICE PRODUCTION FACILITY
- LABORATORIUM
To ensure the quality of gas and liquefied gas are maintained well, we provide a special laboratorium facility complete with oxygen analyzer and moisture analyzer, as oxygen content and moisture content are critical content that need to be controlled well. - DRY ICE PRODUCTION FACILITY
To fulfil our customers’ need, we add dry ice production facility that could produce tons of dry ice with three different size.
UPGRADING LABORATORIUM AND
CALIBRATION GASES REFILLING FACILITY
To fulfil customers’ need for calibration gases, we have upgraded our laboratorium facility. We add more specific testing equipment such as gas chromatography, TCD, and special weighing scale to support our team in filling mixed gases and calibration gases.
AMMONIA REFILLING FACILITY
As our real commitment to provide complete type of gases for industrial usage, we built ammonia refilling facility that could fill hundreds of cylinders in a day.

- NITROGEN REFILLING FACILITY
As the demand of nitrogen increased, we decided need to fill nitrogen in large capacity. Therefore, we provide a high pressure technology in filling nitrogen gas at our site.
- UPGRADING ARGON REFILLING FACILITY PRODUCTION CAPACITY
In addition, we also upgraded our filling facility capacity for argon to keep up the pace with increasing demand, we also add more storage and transport tank for argon to ensure raw material availability.

As our real commitment to provide complete type of gases for industrial usage, we provide a filling facility for hydrogen & helium. This facility also could support our mixed gases needs for helium and hydrogen gas. - UPGRADING CARBON DIOXIDE FACILITY
To keep up the pace with the increasing demand for carbon dioxide, we add more line production and also storage tank. Additional line production could support our team to fill thousand of cylinders in a day. Additional storage tank is to keep maintain our liquid stock level.

As the number of cylinders and racks keep increasing, we need more space and supporting equipment in maintaining our cylinders and racks to always in fit and safe condition for usage. Therefore, we enlarge our workshop for maintenance of cylinders and fabrication of racks, beside it, we add more testing equipment for cylinders and supporting equipment for fabricating racks process. - NITROUS OXIDE REFILLING FACILITY
As our real commitment to provide complete type of gases, we built facility for filling nitrous oxide gas. The systems of filling is design with high efficiency filling process which could fill hundreds of cylinders in a day.
